For Carriers — join the Autoabiline network
You drive, we find the customers. Autoabiline is a nationwide dispatch network: a customer calls one number, our dispatcher qualifies the case and dispatches the nearest available carrier. For you, this means work without marketing and dispatch costs.
What you get from the network
Customers come from our channels, not your advertising.
Qualified calls. Before dispatching, the dispatcher always asks three things: location, vehicle, what happened. You know in advance whether it's a passenger car or a van, if the wheels turn, if a flatbed is needed, and where the car is going. False calls are significantly fewer than with calls coming directly from the street.
Dispatch cost disappears. You don't have to answer calls at night, don't need a separate person by the phone, or negotiate prices with the customer. The dispatcher tells the customer the price during the call, before departure — you receive a pre-agreed job.
You decide what you accept. The job comes to you with the location, vehicle, and type of service. If you are busy, in another county, or your equipment is unsuitable, you decline and the next carrier gets it.
Work also comes at night and on weekends. Our pricing does not include a night surcharge, which brings customers at times when many providers are closed. Night and holiday demand is real and constant within the network.
Who it suits
| Suitable | Not suitable |
|---|---|
| Entrepreneur with one or more tow trucks | Only occasional work, without readiness |
| Slidebed or partial lift vehicle | Without valid insurance and permits |
| Winch and recovery capability | Only on weekdays until 5 PM |
| Jump start and tire assistance equipment | Without constant phone availability |
| Good knowledge of the area |
We are especially looking for carriers outside Harjumaa: in Southeast Estonia, Läänemaa, the islands, and Järvamaa, demand is higher than current coverage. If you are the only tow truck in your area, this is valuable for us and provides a stable workflow for you.
How to join
- We discuss it. We review your equipment, the area you cover, and your availability times.
- Documents and conditions. Valid operating license, insurance, and vehicle data.
What we expect from you
Being available at the agreed time, adhering to the time given to the customer, and proper conduct at the scene. The customer is usually stressed and often by the roadside in the dark — the carrier's behavior is what the entire network is judged by.
And one thing is strict: the price is not changed on site. If the situation turns out to be different from what was described, you call the dispatcher and the new price is agreed with the client before starting work.
