Three things to do now

1. Save the number to your phone. +372 5610 1515. Do it now, because five minutes will be lost searching in the dark at the roadside.

2. Check what's in your car. A safety vest must be within reach, not at the bottom of the trunk – getting out of the car on a dark highway without a vest is more dangerous than the breakdown itself. Also check the warning triangle and spare wheel: many newer cars have a repair kit instead of a spare wheel, which won't help with a sidewall cut.

3. Check your insurance. If you have comprehensive insurance, towing service may already be included – usually on condition that you order it through the insurer's own helpline. It's better to know this beforehand than to discover it in an emergency.

What we promise and what we don't

In Tallinn and Harjumaa, our average arrival time is about 15 minutes. Elsewhere in Estonia, we do not promise a specific minute count – arrival time depends on the nearest carrier's distance, and you will get an estimate immediately during the call. We believe an honest estimate is better than a nice number that doesn't hold true.

The same applies to price: in Tallinn city center, towing service starts at 65 €, in Harjumaa 75 €, and the night and weekend surcharge is 0 €. Elsewhere, we will tell you the price during the call, before departure, and it will not change.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to diagnose the problem myself before calling?+

No. It's enough if you describe what happened, what sound the car is making, and where you are. The rest is the dispatcher's job.

Is roadside assistance available at night and on holidays?+

Yes, 24/7 and year-round. A night or holiday call-out is not more expensive: the surcharge is 0 €.

Will I know the price before anyone departs?+

Yes. We will give you an estimated price during the call, before departure. If it doesn't suit you, you are not committed to anything.

What if I don't know where I am?+

Tell us what you see: road number, kilometer post, intersection, gas station, sign. The dispatcher will pinpoint your location with you.

Should I call my insurance company first?+

If you have comprehensive insurance, then yes – the service might be included in your policy. If you don't have comprehensive insurance or the insurance doesn't cover the incident, call us.
