How much does a tow truck cost in Tallinn?+
In Tallinn city center, starting from 65 €. No extra charges.
How much does a tow truck cost in Harjumaa?+
Starting from 75 €. No per-kilometer or call-out fees apply.
How much does a tow truck cost in Tartu?+
Outside Harjumaa, we do not disclose the price upfront, as it depends on the distance to the nearest carrier, the vehicle type, and the service needed. We will tell you the exact price immediately during the call, before departure. See tow truck price.
Is a night tow truck more expensive?+
No. The night, weekend, and holiday surcharge is 0 €.
Is there a per-kilometer charge?+
No. We do not charge separate per-kilometer or call-out fees.
Can the invoice be higher than stated on the phone?+
No. If the situation on site turns out to be different, the carrier will inform you before starting work.
Is on-site assistance cheaper than a tow truck?+

Time
How long does it take to wait for a tow truck?+
In Tallinn and Harjumaa, on average, about 15 minutes. Elsewhere, arrival time depends on the distance to the nearest carrier, and we will give an estimate during the call.
Does roadside assistance come at night?+
Yes, 24/7, every day of the year. Night call-outs are not more expensive.
Do you work on public holidays?+
Yes, even during Christmas and Midsummer. The surcharge is 0 €.

Do you change tires on-site?+
Yes, if there is a usable spare tire in the car. Otherwise, we tow the car to a tire workshop.
I filled up with the wrong fuel. What should I do?+
Do not start the engine at all and call immediately. See out of fuel.
There's a child in the car and the door is locked. What should I do?+
Call 112 immediately. This is the rescue service's job, and they will arrive faster.
Do you tow four-wheel-drive cars?+
Yes, on a flatbed. Please mention during the call that the car is four-wheel-drive.
Do you tow electric cars?+
Yes, on a flatbed. Please state the make and model of the car during the call.
How heavy a vehicle can you tow?+
For heavier vehicles, state the weight during the call, and the dispatcher will find a suitable carrier.
Where will the car be taken?+
Wherever you say — to a workshop, home, or storage lot. See towing service.

Do you serve all of Estonia?+
Yes, including main roads and islands. See regions.
Do you have your own vehicle in every city?+
No. We are a network: the dispatcher finds the nearest available carrier, even from a neighboring county.
Do you come to the islands?+
Yes. Transport to the mainland depends on the ferry schedule — see Kuressaare.
I don't know where I am. What then?+
Tell us what you see: road number, kilometer post, intersection, gas station, sign. The dispatcher will pinpoint your location with you.
What languages do you provide service in?+
Estonian, English, and Russian.
Does insurance cover towing?+
Often comprehensive insurance covers it, but usually only when ordered through the insurer's own helpline. Check your policy — see tow truck price.
Do I have to ride along in the car?+
Usually, you can ride along. Arrange this with the carrier on-site.
