Out of fuel — we deliver fuel to your location
If you ran out of fuel, there's no need to tow your car: the provider will bring fuel to you, and you can drive to the nearest gas station yourself. Call +372 5610 1515 and be sure to specify whether your car has a petrol or diesel engine — the next steps depend on this.
Fuel delivery is usually cheaper than towing services.

Petrol and diesel behave differently
Petrol cars usually start immediately after refueling. A couple of cranking attempts might be needed until the fuel reaches the pump.
Diesel cars are more sensitive. If the fuel completely ran out, the system draws in air, which must be bled out before starting. For some cars, a couple of ignition key cycles are enough to allow the fuel pump to fill the line; for others, manual bleeding with a hand pump or via a screw is needed. Do not crank the starter for too long — you will drain the battery and then you'll have two problems at once, see dead battery.
| Situation | What happens next |
|---|---|
| Petrol car, out of fuel | Fuel delivery, starts on site |
| Diesel car, out of fuel | Fuel delivery + system bleeding |
| Diesel car, starter cranked for a long time | Fuel + jump start, battery drained |
| Wrong fuel in tank at gas station | Do not start. Requires towing |
| Diesel gelled in winter | Needs a warm space, usually towing |
Wrong fuel is a separate case
If you filled petrol into a diesel car or vice versa, then do not turn the ignition key and do not start the engine. As long as the engine has not run, the wrong fuel is only in the tank and fuel line. As soon as the pump pushes it further, it reaches the injectors, and the repair cost increases many times over.
Call, immediately say "I put in the wrong fuel" and do nothing else. The solution is towing to a workshop where the tank will be drained and the system flushed.
What the dispatcher asks
- Location — road number and kilometer post or street and house number. Also state approximately how far you are from the nearest gas station.
- Vehicle — make, model, and fuel type. For diesel, also whether the engine has already been cranked with the starter.
- What happened — did the fuel run out while driving, did the car stand overnight, does the fuel gauge work.
You will receive an estimated price and arrival time during the call, before departure.
Price
Towing service starts at 65 € in Tallinn city center, 75 € in Harju County, night and weekend surcharge is 0 €. Fuel delivery is cheaper than these, and the fuel itself is calculated separately, according to the actual quantity.
Elsewhere in Estonia, the price depends on the distance to the nearest provider, vehicle type, and service type — you will get the exact price during the call, before departure. See towing service price, Pärnu region and what to do if your car breaks down.
Frequently asked questions
How much fuel do you bring?+
Enough for you to safely reach the nearest gas station. The quantity is agreed upon during the call, and the fuel is charged separately.
Will a diesel car start immediately after refueling?+
Not always. Air must be bled from the system, and the provider will do this on site.
I put in the wrong fuel. Can I drive away from the gas station?+
No. Do not start the engine at all — call immediately. For an unstarted car, the damage is much less.
Is fuel delivery cheaper than towing?+
Yes, as a rule, it is. The dispatcher will tell you the exact amount before departure.
My diesel gelled in winter — does fuel delivery help?+
Usually not. A car with gelled fuel needs a warm space, so the solution is towing.
