Two Scenarios
You have a full-size spare wheel or a narrow emergency wheel. The operator arrives, changes the wheel, and you drive on. Emergency wheels have limitations: typically up to 80 km/h and not for long distances. Drive to the nearest tyre shop on your route.
You only have a repair kit, or not even that. A kit helps with nail or screw punctures if the hole is on the tyre's tread surface. For sidewall cuts, torn bead wires, or vandalized tyres, the kit won't help — the sealant will simply escape through the hole. In this case, the solution is towing service to a tyre shop.

Before you do anything
If the tyre went flat while driving, do not brake sharply or steer erratically. Slow down, hold the steering wheel firmly, and move the car to a hard shoulder. Turn on hazard lights, put on a safety vest, and place a warning triangle behind the car — at least one hundred meters back on a highway.
Do not start changing the wheel on the roadside lane facing traffic. If the car is in a spot where changing the wheel is not safe — a narrow shoulder, a curve, a bridge, a tunnel — mention this when calling, and the operator will first tow the car to a safe location.
What the dispatcher will ask
- Location — road number and kilometer post or street and house number; also which side of the road you are on.
- Vehicle — make, model, tyre size if known, and whether it's a van or an SUV.
- What happened — did the tyre go flat or burst, did you drive on a flat tyre, do you have a spare wheel and where is it located.
You will receive an estimated price and arrival time during the call, before departure.
Price
On-site tyre assistance is usually cheaper than towing service — the car is not towed anywhere. In Tallinn city center, towing service starts from 65 €, in Harjumaa 75 €, night and weekend surcharges are 0 €.

Do you change the wheel on site?+
Yes, if there is a usable spare wheel in the car and the location is safe for a change. Otherwise, we tow the car to a tyre shop.
I don't have a spare wheel. What then?+
Then the solution is towing service to the nearest tyre shop. Mention immediately when calling that you don't have a spare wheel.
Does a repair kit always save the day?+
No. For a tread puncture, usually yes; for a sidewall cut, no.
Can I drive on a flat tyre to the workshop?+
You shouldn't. Driving on a flat tyre permanently damages it, and often the rim too — this makes the bill bigger, not smaller.
How long will I have to wait for tyre assistance?+
In Tallinn and Harjumaa, about 15 minutes. Elsewhere, it depends on the distance to the nearest operator, and we will give an estimate during the call — see how quickly help arrives.
