Why we don't promise a minute count elsewhere
This is a conscious decision, not a lack of information. Estonia is unevenly populated: in Tallinn, the nearest available carrier is usually a few kilometers away, while in sparsely populated Southeast Estonia, it can be half an hour away. A single number on the page would be either unnecessarily pessimistic in Tallinn or simply wrong in the countryside.
We believe an honest estimate is more useful than a pretty number. You will get this estimate during the call, once the dispatcher knows your location and who is closest to you.
What actually determines the waiting time

Our average of 15 minutes — what it means
This number applies to Tallinn and Harjumaa and is an average, not a promise for every single case. During rush hour and stormy nights, it will be longer; during calm nights, shorter. In the outskirts of Harjumaa — Padise, Kuusalu, Kõue areas — it will be longer than at the border of Tallinn, and the dispatcher will give you a more precise estimate during the call.
Elsewhere in Estonia
All other region pages have the same sentence: arrival time depends on the distance to the nearest carrier, and you will get an estimate immediately during the call. We do not write a minute count on any county page that we cannot fulfill every night.

How to shorten the wait
Call immediately, not after half an hour of self-diagnosis. The dispatcher can dispatch a carrier while you are speaking.
State your location as precisely as possible. The road number and kilometer marker are the fastest way. Phone map app coordinates also work.
Immediately mention any special conditions: underground parking and height restriction, four-wheel drive, car not on wheels, ferry queue. Every such detail prevents sending the wrong vehicle, which would mean a second trip.

Why don't you say how long it takes in Tartu or Pärnu?+
Because it depends on where the nearest available carrier is at that moment. You will get an estimate during the call, before dispatch.
Do I have to wait longer at night?+
Usually not — roads are clear. Exceptions are stormy and cold nights when there are many more calls.
Does faster arrival cost more?+
No. We do not have a speed fee, and night or weekend surcharges are 0 €.
What if the carrier is late?+
Call the same number again. The dispatcher can see the status of the dispatch and will give you a new time.
