Roadside Assistance Across Estonia — we find the nearest carrier
Autoabiline operates throughout Estonia, including highways and islands. Call +372 5610 1515, state your location, and the dispatcher will find the nearest available carrier for you and provide an estimated arrival time during the call.
The network is not a map with dots
We don't have our own garage in every city. When you call, the dispatcher doesn't look for a "Viljandi car" — they look for the nearest available car relative to your location, even if it comes from a neighboring county.
This is precisely why help reaches even small places where no large company has a branch. And this is precisely why we don't promise a specific number of minutes outside Harjumaa — see how fast help arrives.

If your location is not on this list, call anyway. The list shows where demand is highest, not where we operate.
How to describe your location
On the highway, the most useful information is the highway number and the nearest kilometer post — for example, "Tallinn–Tartu highway, approximately 74th kilometer, driving towards Tartu". If you don't see a post, the last crossed intersection, bridge, bus stop, or gas station name helps. In the city, a street and house number are sufficient.
Your phone's map application shows your coordinates — the dispatcher knows how to use them. Don't be afraid to say "I don't know exactly": a few clarifying questions will resolve it faster than a long search.
Price by region
Towing service in Tallinn city center starts from 65 €, in Harjumaa 75 €. Night and weekend surcharge is 0 € and there are no other surcharges.
Elsewhere in Estonia, there is no uniform published starting price, because three things significantly change it: distance to the nearest carrier, vehicle type, and type of service. You will get the exact price during the call, before dispatch — and that price will not change later. Read towing assistance price.

Frequently asked questions
Do you also come to small rural areas?+
Yes. The dispatcher looks for the nearest available carrier, not a local branch. We will provide an estimated arrival time during the call.
Do you serve islands?+
Yes. On Saaremaa and the islands of Läänemaa, we also consider the ferry schedule — see Kuressaare and Haapsalu.
Is the price on the highway more expensive than in the city?+
The price is affected by the distance to the nearest carrier, not whether you are in the city or on the highway. We do not charge a separate per-kilometer fee.
I don't know where I am. What then?+
Call anyway. Tell us what you see — a sign, an intersection, a building — and the dispatcher will help pinpoint your location.
